At VitaGlow Clinic, we’re often asked whether our IV drips and vitamin injections require CQC registration. The answer is clear:

💧 Currently, they do not.

According to the Care Quality Commission’s official Scope of Registration guidance, registration is only required when all of the following apply:

1️⃣ Treatments are delivered by or under the supervision of a listed healthcare professional, and

2️⃣ They involve prescription-only products, and

3️⃣ They are provided to treat a disease, disorder, or injury.

Our IV drips and vitamin injections are wellness and preventative treatments — designed to support energy, immunity, recovery, and skin health, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Because VitaGlow’s services focus on wellbeing enhancement, CQC registration is not required at this time.

However, the rules are always evolving, and we remain fully prepared to register with the CQC immediately should regulations change or new requirements be introduced. ✅
